Refund policy
- All sales are final except when the product is sent wrong or damaged. Please email CATletix@yahoo.com if you have any issues with the item received and are wanting to exchange or return for refund.
- If wanting to return for a refund, please email CATletix@yahoo.com within 10 days of receiving the item(s) with reason of exchange/return.
- You will be fully refunded once item has been received and inspected to ensure it meets the conditions of refund.
- If item purchased through gift card, you will receive store credit for returned item.
- Item will not be eligible for a refund if: Items are worn, washed, damaged, without tags, packaging or hygiene sticker removed or in an incomplete set.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
